TIM MCSWEENEY

Tim is a New Zealander who grew up on Auckland’s North Shore.  He studied at the University of Auckland where he graduated with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts.

Tim provides advice to a range of individual and corporate clients and has helped many of New Zealand’s most notable new migrants achieve residence over the years. His advice is regularly sought by those having problems at different stages of the immigration process. He prides himself on providing honest, straight forward advice that addresses the needs of his clients, who often find themselves in extremely stressful situations

 

When possible, Tim regularly presents seminars and consults with potential migrants in South Africa, China, and throughout Southeast Asia. Having assisted thousands of successful applicants over the years, he is acutely aware of the issues facing those who are contemplating making the move and is focused on making this happen as smoothly as possible in the quickest possible timeframe.

Kera is a dedicated immigration specialist with extensive experience across all visa categories, providing strategic and personalised support to individuals and businesses. Renowned for her professionalism and unwavering advocacy, she consistently achieves outstanding results for her clients.

 

Kera holds a Bachelor of Law (China) and a Master’s in Management from Massey University. After moving to New Zealand in 2012, she was inspired to make it her home.

 

Since 2017, Kera has been actively working in the immigration industry, leveraging her analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to navigate complex immigration cases. She excels at devising creative, risk-managed solutions and is known for her strategic approach, attention to detail, and effective client advocacy, even in challenging circumstances.

Fluent in English and Chinese, Kera bridges cultural and language barriers, which, combined with her deep understanding of immigration policies, enables her to serve a diverse client base. Her ability to deliver successful outcomes has made her a trusted partner for her clients.

Kera is passionate about making a meaningful impact on the lives of those she helps, guiding them through their immigration journey with empathy, professionalism, and steadfast support.

DANICA BANDOJO

Danica is an experienced and dedicated professional having worked in the field of immigration law for many years. 

Prior to migrating to New Zealand, she completed a Bachelor of Science in Management at Bicol University, Philippines. In 2017, she completed a Diploma in Business Level 7 and started working for a boutique immigration law firm in Auckland after finishing her studies.

 

Since then, she has gained extensive knowledge and understanding of the complexities involved in immigration processes. She is well-versed in the various documentation requirements and visa applications, enabling her to efficiently manage all administrative aspects of immigration cases.

Danica is efficient, reliable, and possess plenty of initiative and passion in helping immigrants like herself achieve their immigration dreams and goals. 

In addition to English, Danica also speaks Filipino.

ZOE WANG

Zoe brings several years of experience supporting migrants in their journey to New Zealand and plays a key role in assisting our team across various areas.

A University of Auckland graduate with a Bachelor of Science, Zoe previously worked as an immigration assistant, gaining valuable hands-on expertise in client communication and document preparation.

Fluent in both English and Chinese, Zoe has a deep understanding of the challenges faced by non-English-speaking Chinese clients and is committed to providing the support they need to navigate immigration processes effectively
